About me
My name is Georgette Anderson and I am a fully qualified CBT therapist and supervisor. I have been practicing as a CBT therapist since 2018 and have experience working within the NHS (IAPT) services and in my private practice. I have over 15 years experience working in substance misuse and mental health services and I am passionate about the therapy I provide to my clients. I believe for therapy to be effective this should be a collaborative approach between the client and the therapist, working together towards the goals of the client to achieve the best outcome.
